C. Michael Day

Founder & Personal Injury Attorney

C. Michael Day is a veteran of the United States Army. He graduated from Wake Forest School of Law in 1991 and was licensed to practice law in North Carolina that same year. He was also licensed to practice law in Virginia in 1993. He started his practice of law with a triad area insurance defense firm and transitioned to working in personal injury law firms representing injured people. He is an experienced trial lawyer having represented clients in both North Carolina and Virginia courts.

C. Michael Day has been admitted to practice law in the United States Federal Courts. He is admitted to practice in both the Western and Middle Districts of North Carolina as well as the Western District of Virginia. He is also admitted to practice law in the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

C. Michael Day has committed his entire career to helping injured people get the justice that they deserve. "All the Way!"
